Telephone Consultations
These are for patients who do not feel they need a face-to-face consultation with a clinician. Ask the receptionist and they will give you a time that the clinician will ring you and will take a telephone number on which you can be reached at that time.
Telephone Advice
If you need advice from a clinician, please ask the receptionist who will take your name, contact telephone number and will ask you briefly what you need to discuss. The clinician will then ring you back when it is convenient.
